Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you (not the carrier) have taken possession of the last item in your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (TOPGEAR GYMWEAR OG, Attemsgasse 43/20, 1220 Vienna, Austria, Email: office@topgear-gymwear.com) with a clear statement (e.g., by post or email) that you wish to withdraw from the contract. You may use the attached withdrawal form for this purpose.

Deadline
To meet the withdrawal deadline, please send us your withdrawal statement along with the withdrawal form within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (except for any additional costs incurred if you selected a more expensive delivery method than the standard one). The refund will be processed no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal request. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any additional costs for the refund.

Return of Goods
You must return the goods to us within 14 days of submitting your withdrawal statement. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods, including the shipping fees. We do not cover return shipping costs.

Condition of the Goods
Please ensure that the goods are not damaged or soiled. The goods must be returned in their original packaging and with all accessories included. If these conditions are not met, we may not be able to accept the withdrawal. If necessary, please use protective outer packaging.

Return of Clothing
We only accept returns if the clothing still has its original tag attached and remains intact.
